Welcome to Sector 7G Store (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of digital goods from our store. By accessing our website or purchasing any digital goods you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Digital Products and Licensing

• All digital goods available for purchase is subject to the applicable license, which is available on our website.
• By purchasing a digital good, you receive a license to use it under the specified terms, but you do not acquire ownership of the digital good.

3. Payment and Transactions

• Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store or process your payment details.
• Prices are listed in euros (€), and applicable taxes may be included or added at checkout.

4. Delivery and Download Links

• Upon successful payment, you will receive a unique download link for the purchased digital goods.
• Each download link is valid for a limited number of uses and may be deactivated if suspicious activity is detected.

5. Refunds and Complaints

• Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are not available once the download link has been accessed, except in cases where the digital goods are defective.
• If you experience technical issues or receive a defective file, you must contact us within 15 days for assistance or a replacement.

6. Abuse Prevention

• We log the time and IP address each time a download link is used.
• If unauthorized sharing or abuse is detected, we reserve the right to revoke access and take appropriate action.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any changes.
